ARF’s music comes to the heart of Vitoria-Gasteiz with the traditional free concerts in Plaza de la Virgen Blanca. On Friday, June 19, and Saturday, June 20, starting at 1:30 p.m., the mornings will be filled with rhythm before the Mendizabala venue opens its doors.
