01_TOP UP YOUR WRISTBAND
Top up your wristband online at any time, avoid queues and we will automatically refund any money you have left over.
02_EXCHANGE YOUR TICKET FOR YOUR WRISTBAND
With the wristband you will be able to access the site and pay for everything you consume, it will be your ticket and your wallet, take care of it!

HOW TO TOP-UP YOUR WRISTBAND
ONLINE TOP-UP:
You can top-up online from right now until the end of the festival by creating your Cashless account on the form above. When you collect your wristband, the amount you’ve toped-up online beforehand will be charged directly on the chip of your cashless wristband with your access ticket. Top up your wristband online and avoid queues!AT THE FESTIVAL:
FAST TOP-UP: Once you have your wristband it will have a unique QR on your chip. With your mobile phone you can scan it and top it up your desired balance via Apple Pay, Google Pay or by entering your card details. You will be able to do it any time and place and in less than 10 seconds! TOP-UP POINT: You will also be able to address the different points enabled within the festival to top-up with cash or card.02_
PICK UP YOUR WRISTBAND
You will have to exchange your voucher or day ticket for the smart bracelet at the exchange point set up during the festival. With the bracelet already on your wrist, you will be able to access the site and pay for everything you consume.
Have you recharged your wristband online before the festival? Don’t worry, your money will be available on your wristband!

- If you have created a Cashless account online, you can check your balance at any time using the form at the top of this page, identifying yourself with your username.
- If you have not created an account, you can always get information at the recharge points around the venue.
We recommend that you top up online so that you can check your balance from your mobile phone at any time and avoid queues.

GET BACK THE MONEY LEFT ON YOUR WRISTBAND
You can recover the money left on your wristband after the event with no minimum balance limit.

You don’t need to do anything — the refund will be processed automatically via bank transfer starting Tuesday, June 24, with no fees. Please note that the refund may take up to 15 days to appear.”

Take care of your Cashless wristband!
Your wristband is not only your festival ticket, it is also your electronic wallet. It contains a chip that stores your balance, so treat it with care, just like your wallet!
IMPORTANT TIPS
- Avoid exposing it to heat and do not attempt to puncture or damage it, as this could permanently disable it.
- Keep your wristband if you need to request a refund after the festival.
AND REMEMBER...
- Online top-ups: If you make all your top-ups from your online account, the refund will be automatic.
- Top-ups at the festival: If you top-up at the physical points, you will have to request the reimbursement from your online account.
- The refund will take approximately 7-8 business days, depending on bank processing.
- It may take up to 15 days to receive the refund once processed.
- To verify the refund, check your credit card transactions, not your bank account.
- AFTER THE DEADLINE, NO REFUND REQUESTS WILL BE PROCESSED.

No, it’s completely free!
You can top up online starting now and until the end of the festival using the form above. Remember: any amount you top up online but don’t use will be automatically refunded!
You’ll receive your wristband at the ticket validation point. We’ll validate your ticket or pass and give you your wristband, which will serve as both your entry and your wallet. If you’ve made a top-up in advance, your balance will already be loaded onto it.
If you’ve created an online Cashless account, you can check your balance anytime by logging into the event’s website with your username.
If you haven’t created an account, you can always ask for your balance at the top-up points located throughout the venue.
If you’ve created an online Cashless account, you can view your transaction history anytime by logging into our website. Please note that due to connectivity issues, the system may sometimes take a while to update. If you haven’t created a Cashless account, you can request this information at the designated top-up points.
Top-ups are unlimited — you can add funds as many times as you want. The only limit is the amount per transaction: you can’t top up more than €300 in a single operation.

No, it’s completely optional, and you can create one whenever you want. The Cashless account offers many advantages, but if you prefer not to, you can always top up your wristband at the physical top-up points inside the venue. In this case, your wristband will be completely anonymous, so we won’t be able to block it if it’s lost or stolen.
If you’ve created an online Cashless account, you can request to have your wristband blocked by visiting the Cashless information point. As a reminder, you can create a Cashless account right now by entering your ticket number (which starts with a $ and is next to the barcode). Or, once you have your wristband, by entering its 6-digit ID number. This identification process is necessary to block your wristband. Therefore, if you haven’t created an online Cashless account, we won’t be able to block it, and you will lose both the wristband itself and any money loaded on it.
You can recover any remaining money on your wristband after the event with no minimum balance required.

Almost. We order refunds on Tuesdays, and it is possible that due to banking procedures, it may take a few days to be effective. In 7-8 days you will have recovered your balance.
Cada pulsera es intransferible y va asociada a tu entrada por tanto deberás cuidarla y no manipularla. Las pulseras que sean dañadas o manipuladas pueden no aceptarse tanto en el acceso como en el pago. Puedes compartir tu saldo con amigos siempre y cuando seas tú, con tu pulsera, quien vaya a pedir.
En cuanto detectes un daño en tu pulsera acude a un punto de recarga Cashless para que podamos ayudarte. Las pulseras ya rotas o cortadas no serán aceptadas si no van asociadas a una cuenta Cashless. Sí, la pulsera se puede mojar.
