Hailing from Aramaio, The Clayton proudly fly the flag for Basque rock & roll with a sound that has evolved from punk towards hard rock, blues and Scandinavian high-energy rock. Formed around 2018 playing covers of bands such as The Clash, Ramones, Barricada and The Hellacopters, they soon began forging a sound of their own, driven by razor-sharp guitars, sheer volume and an explosive attitude on stage. That identity has been captured on records such as Phoenix and Over the Red Light, featuring lyrics in Basque, and we’ve already had the chance to experience it live on a previous Araba ARF Tour.
